ARNIE’S MARCH 2016 ARNOLD PALMER HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN

On February 14, 2007, at the age of seven, Talia Joy Castellano was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. After three relapses and a diagnosis of the secondary cancer, MDS/preleukemia, Talia continued to fight two forms of cancer.  After six and a half years, on July 16, 2013 at 11:22am, Talia Joy Castellano lost her battle to childhood cancer. Talia’s wishes were to pass away at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children with her favorite nurses and doctors.

Talia’s wish was to find a cure for childhood cancer. Her mom, Desiree and sister, Mattia, started Talia’s Legacy Children’s Cancer Foundation in her memory. The foundation will help to raise funds for clinical trials, research and drugs that specifically target childhood cancer.

Please support all the children who are battling cancer as well as those who have passed away from pediatric cancer by joining Arnie’s March.
